The exhibits of the Museum are concentrated on limestone samples. Through two floors there are samples of fossils, found in Estonia. The stone primer presents Estonian rocks. We can also see photographs of limestone outcrops and Estonian limestone architecture. There is also a reference map with the exact locations of the subjects of the pictures.

From the observation platform one can take a glance at Lake Porkuni, complex of manor buildings, the pinetree from the era of the Northern War, floating islands and Danish Valley.

Outside, just at the tower there is a collection of expressive limestone samples, gathered from quarries.
